3 Exercises to Improve Heart Health

and today i'm going to show you three

exercises that you can do anywhere to

improve your heart health a lunge is a

dynamic full-body exercise that can be

done anywhere it will strengthen your

legs core muscles and increase your

heart rate push-ups are a challenging

exercise for the upper body and core

push-ups are easy to do on a raised

surface such as a table or countertop

for added challenge try them on the

floor even a few minutes of walking is

enough to provide cardiovascular benefit

you can walk around your neighborhood

take a lap around your building at work

or even go for a longer walk in the park

for an added challenge and for a larger

spike in heart rate try taking the

stairs a couple times a day
